Refund Policy

Portal Path Core does not operate a web checkout, shopping cart, or subscription purchase flow. Digital Marvel NFT comics are not sold on this website. This policy covers research invoices issued after you hire the desk by email or telephone.

When a refund applies

If we have not yet delivered the agreed beat sheet, reading ladder, catalog, map, or variant register, you may cancel by email and we will refund any prepaid research fee in full using the same method shown on the invoice.

If we have delivered the document and it omits a beat that was listed in the written scope, we will either add the missing beat at no extra charge or refund a portion that matches the missing share of the scope. Taste disputes—such as preferring a different nickname for an arc—are not refund grounds once the indexed issues match the titles you supplied.

When a refund does not apply

We do not refund third-party marketplace purchases, gas fees, or collectible prices, because we never charge those amounts and never process crypto assets. We do not refund time spent reading a free public index on this site.
